Rules

  • Extra services:
    • Daily cleaning
    • Weekly cleaning
    • Daily change of towels and bed linen
    • Pool towels
  • Check-in and check-out
    • Check-in is after 3 pm.
    • Check-out is within 10 am.
    • Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, but for different times of check-in and check-out and for any specific need you may have, please contact the farmhouse.
  • Guests
    • Guests must have some form of personal identification document.
    • Guests' personal data will be registered upon arrival and forwarded to the local security authorities as required by Italian law.
    • Unregistered people are not allowed to stay overnight.
  • Pets
    • Pets are accepted free of charge.
• • Use of the swimming pool
    • The swimming pool can only be used by guests and the owners.
    • The swimming pool is open from May to September included
    • from 8 am to 8 pm.
  • Booking
    • Reservations can be made online, via email or phone.
    • Reservations are valid only if the client receives a written confirmation by the farmhouse staff.
    • Credit card details will be taken as a guarantee upon reservation.
  • Terms of payment
    • On confirmation of reservation, guests must make a down payment equal to 30% of the total rental price.
    • The balance shall be paid upon departure.
    • Payments can be made by bank transfer, postal order, Pay Pal or credit card.
  • Cancellation policy
    • In case you will cancel your reservation, the following penalties will be charged:
      • 30% of the total amount will be withheld if the reservation is cancelled up to 40 days before the arrival date;
      • 50% of the total amount will be withheld if the reservation is cancelled from 40 to 15 days before the arrival date;
      • the total amount will be withheld if the reservation is cancelled from 15 days to the arrival day and in case of no-show.
